Veterinary Technician:
Becky Doucet
Becky was born and raised in Eunice, Louisiana. Her love of science and animals helped her decide on a career in the veterinary field. She is a graduate of the Veterinary Technology program at Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana and has enjoyed working in several states including Louisiana, Hawaii, California, and now, Texas.
When not working her interests in photography, outdoor activities, and traveling keep her busy. Though now divorced, she shares her home with a Chihuahua named “Whisper” and a Cockatiel named “Cheeko.”
Becky has been with Sanford Oaks Animal Clinic since August, 1991.
Veterinary Assistants:
Tammy Duncan
Tammy is on
e of our veterinary assistants. She was born and raised in Parkersburg, West Virginia. She has a daughter and son-in-law who have given her three beautiful granddaughters
She has loved animals all her life and grew up riding horses and rescuing dogs and cats. She did not discover she loved working with them until she was 35. She has now worked in vet clinics in West Virginia, Ohio, and Texas. In addition to working at Sanford Oaks, she is going to college at Cedar Valley to obtain her veterinary technician license. She resides in Duncanville with her husband, Danny,and her many wonderful rescue dogs:
Precious,Brady,Bonnie,Bailey,Blondie,Nibbles,Barney,Pennie Clark,Lance and Jax

Robin Mack
Rob
in was born in Houston, TX, and moved to Palestine, TX when she was 8. She has had pets most of her life. She has a daughter and one grandaughter, Kaytelyn, and a grandson, Skyle, who live in San Antonio. She moved to the DFW metroplex in 1990, and started working at Sanford Oaks in August, 1999 and has since adopted four pets: Oliver the Cat, Luke, an adorable scruffy terrier, and Leia, a tiny but mighty Chihuahua.
In her free time Robin likes camping, hiking, swimming, and relaxing. She spends a lot of time playing with her pets. She's a true redhead who has earned the nickname “Bam Bam.” She is married to a wonderful man, Gerald whom she married in Sept.2011.
Robin has been with Sanford Oaks Animal Clinic since August, 1999.
Receptionists:
Elizabeth Henson
Liz was born a
nd raised in Arlington, Tx. She married her husband, Brent, in 2004 and spent the last 6 years in North Carolina where he was stationed with the Army. In 2011 they were restationed at Fort Hood, Tx. Liz is working with us for the second time while Brent is deployed to Afghanistan. She misses him very much but is so proud! In her spare time she enjoys reading, yoga, and spending time with family and friends. She is so thankful for her two furry children - "Bear", a black Lab, and "Cheyenne", a German Shepherd.
Liz has been with Sanford Oaks Animal Clinic since 2009.
Leigh Freeman
Leigh was born in Amarillo, TX, but has called Arlington home for many years. She and her husband, David, have three children and one grandson, Dallas.
Leigh holds advanced degrees in Oral Communication and Grandchild Management. In other words, she loves talking and being a grandma.
In her free time, she enjoys writing poetry, gardening, and listening to country music.
Leigh has been with Sanford Oaks Animal Clinic since August, 2000.
Amy Henslee

y was born in Lubbock, TX and raised in Arlington, TX. She graduated from Lamar High School in 1997. She has the cutest daughter named Emma Kate.
Amy enjoys having “girl time” with Emma – shopping, movies, and pedicures!
She also has two pets – a Maine coon, “Charlie Murphy,” and a miniature Schnauzer, “Pita.”
Amy has been with Sanford Oaks Animal Clinic since March, 2002.
